We are a 5 on 5 passing flag football league. All skill levels are welcome. Each season includes a scrimmage game, 10 regular season games, two playoff games and a championship game.  Every team is guaranteed at least 11 games.  Every Fall and Spring each team is invited to the “So Cal Open” Flag Football Tournament”, open to all divisions.  The scrimmage for the 2007 Spring Season is April 15th, 2007.  Become a Team Captain and form your own team, or join a team as a Free Agent.
